Grab two camomile tea bags and pour boiling water over them until they are saturated, pop them in a bowl and chill in the fridge. Once cold, squeeze out any excess liquid, put some relaxing music on, dim the lights and lie down with the tea bags over your eyes for 20 minutes. The tannins found in tea have a natural anti-inflammatory effect helping to restore the brightness to tired eyes, but remember: they are no substitute for essential beauty sleep.
