What: If you want to jump on board the Tinseltown bandwagon you'll have to be willing to say farewell to meat, dairy, baked goods, bread and almost everything else. What you're left with is a diet that is completely vegetarian and includes no food that is cooked at temperatures higher than 118°C.

Still interested? Woody Harrelson is; he says that after swapping his cooked dinners for a raw alternative he felt he had "a lot more energy". So much so, that his whole family are now converts.

The benefits? Well, it is believed that raw foods contain digestive enzymes that aid digestion - heating food above 118°C destroys these enzymes, and eating foods without them could lead to toxicity in the body, overeating and even chronic disease. On top of this, raw foods also have higher nutrient values.
